C'mon ya'll, really? That mom had ample time to get that little girl out of there. But she had to get her 15 minutes Now, I dont braid but if it someone more than 4 hours to braid my little girls hair, I'd be leaving for the night and finish up the next day. 10 hours?! Is that even logical? Where are the people with guns? Dont see them in the video. How did they cut the girls hair when last i saw she was in the car with her mom. Sounds to me like someone tried skipping out without paying. No one flips out like that over a tip. Mom should be in jail for child endangerment. What a joke!

Apparently numerous phone conversations with the school about bullying don't count as submitting a report about bullying. Did anyone at the school tell the parents that they needed to submit a formal report for anything to be done? I'm guessing not.
